About Me

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in private practice. I was educated at the University of Pittsburgh and Boston College's School of Social Work.

My goal is to provide a safe, warm and accepting environment to any person seeking help. I have experience treating a wide range of diagnostic and presenting concerns, and I believe that therapy is helpful to any person who wants to examine and improve upon their thoughts and behaviors.

I have experience in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based therapy. However, I draw from a broad range of approaches and training to tailor each person's therapeutic experience to their individual needs. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression and women's issues.
